Grenada Citizenship Program

Grenada also known as ‘Isle of Spice’ and is one of the most magnificent islands in the West Indies. The nation of Grenada measuring 344 km2. It is composed of three key islands: Grenada and its sister islands Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Grenada’s proximity to the Equator ensures a year-round tropical climate, with average temperatures ranging between 23 and 28 °C.

Grenada Citizenship By Investment

Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Program enables qualified investors and their family members to obtain Grenadian Citizenship and permanent residence. The Program was established in August 2013, when the Grenadian Parliament passed Act No. 15 of 2013, otherwise referred to as the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013.

Relocating T0 The USA

Grenada is the only Caribbean country whose citizens (including Economic citizens) are eligible to apply for a USA E-2 visa (under a treaty entered into between the United States of America and the Government of Grenada). E2 visa applications for Grenada citizens is processed through the U.S Consulate in Barbados. The E2 work visas are issued for 5 years and are renewable indefinitely as long as the business is operational.

Option 1

Contribution (National Transformation Fund)

The applicant is required to make a non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund based on number of dependents being included in the application. The Government utilizes the NTF to finance various projects in Grenada for the benefit of its many industries including tourism, agriculture, and alternative energy.

Option 2

Real Estate Acquisition

Applicants may purchase property valued at a minimum of USD 220,000 in a Government-approved Real Estate development such as hotels, villas, and resorts and retain the investment for at least five years.
