Option 1
Equity Investment
Foreign nationals may apply for a residence permit in Latvia by committing funds into the equity capital of a Latvian company. The minimum investment amount is €50,000 plus one time payment of €10,000 tax towards state budget.
Investor residence permit in Latvia is issued for 5 years period and can be renewed. After 5 years the person can apply for permanent residence permit in Latvia.
Option 2
Real Estate Golden Visa
Temporary residence permit in Latvia is available for foreigners who have purchased real-estate in Latvia for
minimum of €250 000. plus one time payment of €12,500 tax towards 5% of property value.
The EU Real Estate Gold Visa in Latvia is issued for 5 years and can be renewed.after 5 years the person can apply for permanent residence in Latvia.
Option 3
Bank Deposit
Temporary residence permit is available for investors who deposit at least € 280 000 into a subordinated bonds of a Latvian bank plus one time payment of €25,000 tax towards state budget.
The residence permit obtained through bank deposit is valid for a 5-year period and is renewable.
